Sunsets from room 402
Waking up to the picturesque ocean view was pure bliss. The staff's attention made us feel special, especially during themed dinners that brought a delightful touch.
We faced some inconvenience as our room wasn't cleaned on one occasion, and the reception offered little concern about it, affecting our overall impression.

The themed dinner nights were enjoyable and fun.
The toilets by the pool were in dire need of cleaning, particularly the ladies' room. Housekeeping also forgot to clean our room one day, which was frustrating, and when I asked for towels and toilet paper, the evening receptionist did not apologize for the inconvenience. This lack of care really diminished my overall experience.

Perfect beach escape!
What a fab stay! The hotel's just a short walk to a stunning, less crowded beach. Our room had an amazing view, and the breakfast buffet hit the spot every morning. The only bummer? Definitely coming back!

the stay exceeded all my expectations in salou. the room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the delicious breakfast made mornings wonderful. the restaurant staff were genuinely warm, and every meal was enjoyable.

The Standard Double Room had a comfy bed and was super cozy. Waking up to the ocean view from the balcony was a highlight. The bathroom was nice too, with a hot shower that worked perfectly. My only gripes were that housekeeping missed cleaning the room one day, and the vibe in the pool area could’ve been livelier, but overall, it was a pretty solid stay.
